The snow is gone, Spring is on the way, and the cherry trees will soon be in bloom. This is a wonderful season to be in the Victoria area.

We have several events coming in the near future:

Pub Night: Whether you live in the ESS riding or not, or are a member or not, you are welcome to attend. You can meet new people and learn more about Conservatives while enjoying good food and drink. Sometimes there are special guests - recently we've had experts talking about housing and about crime and policing. You can buy your Conservative cap at Pub Night (while supplies last) and sometimes there are fun trivia quizzes. There's usually a door prize. 

Coffee Connect: These casual Saturday morning get-togethers are another opportunity to meet and chat with friends and neighbors. We don't usually schedule speakers for Coffee Connect, but often one or more of the Candidate Nominees come and mingle, giving you a chance to get to know them. 

We have two other important meetings coming in the next 2-3 months. We will post a notice when the dates are finalized:

The Candidate Nomination Election is expected to be in March or April. We will likely have several nominees running to be the Conservative candidate to represent the ESS riding at the next federal election. This will be your opportunity to vote for the person you want to represent you. We will post a notice when the meeting is called, and invitations will be sent out by email. You must be an active member of the Conservative Party of Canada in order to vote.  

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the ESS Conservative Association will be held later this Spring, likely in April or May. Watch this space for further details to be posted closer to the date.
